    Estimated delivery time and costs vary, depending on location. Customs duties and taxes may apply. These duties and / or taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

    Processing times

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement. This excludes weekends, public holidays, and in rare cases, because of unforeseen circumstances which you will be kept updated on.

    Out of stock product

    If by chance one of the items you have ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back in stock. This will be reflected in your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed.

    Change of address

    If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post, YUND BOD will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting to purchase.

    Tracking order

    Once your order has been dispatched (within 24 hours of being sent) your tracking information is sent via email.

    YUNG BOD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and packages delayed in transit. Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable. All orders must be placed in the English language only. Once your order has been placed, YUNG BOD is unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy here.


  • We are sorry you don’t love our products as much as we do. Unfortunately, YUNG BOD does not offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns on any products purchased - this includes ‘change of mind’ due to health regulations and hygiene reasons. A refund is only accepted if a product is incorrect or faulty.

    Faulty products

    In the unlikely event you have received incorrect or faulty items, send an email to gday@yungbod.com and include your order information in the subject line. Provide details including photos and proof of purchase within 14 days of buying.

    Items must be unused and returned in there original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. YUNG BOD does not take responsibility for the costs of returning items.

    Returns

    Once your return is received and inspected, YUNG BOD will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and provide instructions accordingly. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days from approval.

    Changing or cancelling your order

    Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

    Missing items

    We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you - it’s equally important to us! We do everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

    Allergic reaction

    In the rare instance you’ve had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy-related returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us. You can choose a store credit or refund. Refunds and money into your account may take some time depending on your bank.
